AMIA terrorist attack in Argentina explained and re-told by now dead prosecutor Alberto Nisman – video in Spanish with subtitles in English, made in Argentina
Stop Terrorism – The AMIA bombing
THE AMIA WAS BOMBED… just like the Israeli embassy had been. Bleeding children, women and men were removed from under the debris…
Many were murdered. Hundreds were injured.
Tragedy stroke Buenos Aires once again…
9:53 a.m., July 18, 1994.
A car bomb exploded in the AMIA.
85 FATAL VICTIMS AND 300 INJURED IN THE WORST TERRORIST ATTACK IN ARGENTINA.
A car bomb, a Renault Traffic van driven by Ibrahim Hussein Berro, a Lebanese militant of the terrorist organization Hezbollah, struck the AMIA building, causing 85 deaths and over 300 injured, and incalculable material damage.
The attack had been organized, planned and funded by the then highest authorities of the Islamic Republic of Iran, led concretely by the former president Ali Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani, former Minister of Foreign Affairs Ali AkbarVelayati, former Minister of Information Ali Fallahijan, former chief of the Revolutionary Guards Mohsen Rezai, former chief of the Al Quds group, and recently appointed Defense Minister, Ahmad Vahidi.
The Iranian theocracy ordered the attack, perpetrated by the Lebanese terrorist group Hezbollah, acting on this occasion as usual, i.e. as the acting arm of the will of Teheran.
The local support for the bombing originated mainly in the Triborder area. Their view of the Islam was very radical, and they came to Buenos Aires firstly to disseminate the doctrine and secondly to assist the local resources.
The death toll rose to 85. Not all of them were AMIA staff. Many of them were, but there were also passers-by, workers, and masons in charge of refurbishing the AMIA building; others were there by chance.
There are terrifying stories, and the background of the fatal casualties is variable and heterogeneous, since there were people who worked there, and others who were not Jewish. However, there was a common denominator:
All of them were innocent, and none of them had to die in such a lethal terrorist attack as the one that destroyed the AMIA building over more than 16 years ago.
It is believed that whenever the Islamic fundamentalism, or Islamic terrorism decide to stage an attack in Latin America it will be easy. It is thought they only need to decide where and when, not how, because they have laid the foundations long time ago. And this is a very serious situation, which the authorities of the different countries should take into consideration.
There have been enough fatal casualties at AMIA.
